  • There's a level of accountability needed on the client though. You can't just hire a shitty attorney over and over and keep asking for mistrials.

Trump should know better, has the money for good attorneys, and hires terrible ones.

  • Because consent in one instance doesn't create consent in all instances. It's not just a violation of ethics to repost, it's also legally, copyright infringement, and completely irrelevant to her qualifications.

  • You have to shake the resin before you pour it in the printer. The ingredients of the resin can settle in the bottle causing inconsistent print sections. Shake it really well before using it, and when you're done, pour it through a filter back into the bottle and store it in a cool, dry, location.

  • Engagement and creation of worthwhile content. Memes are fine, but it's junk food. The more meaty content that creates engagement and discussion, the better.

Controversy also creates discussion, but drives out quality.

Post news from quality sources, educational content, breaking stories, and ESPECIALLY good, fun, discussion and content around hobbies.

  • One of the weaker of the Legal Eagle videos.

If you haven't seen this channel before, he has some fantastic legal reviews, and hilarious react videos. But he also has a few clickbait type yawners like this one.

  • There's other ways to make it from scratch too, so if you're interested in that sort of thing, there's some good YouTube tutorials on it.

If you like to print stuff a lot, it's nice to be able to design some simple stuff yourself.

  • No, you are supposed to be able to put up a defense.

Who's to say the jury is correct? What if the specialist made an assumption that was wrong, shared it with the jury, and found a person guilty because they trusted this expert. Now you have no way of challenging this, and rebutting the assumption.

You DON'T want those "independent thinker" jurors you need them to only consider what's been presented in the case. It's the only way it can be fair.

  • They don't want someone to start adding context or outside information during the jury deliberation. If you do, then the defense has no opportunity to argue against you.

They don't want any additional discussion that could sway the case unfairly one way or the other.

  • It was just a few years ago, before everything on the Internet was HTTPS, that using a public Wi-Fi was pretty dangerous, in terms of exposing your login credentials and traffic.

Even today, it's possible that some random sites might be HTTP only, but it's unlikely.

But even then, anyone on the same network can still see what sites you are going to, just not what's being said.

  • Yes, however we should wait about 500,000,000 years, cause the earth will be rendered uninhabitable by the sun around that time anyway.

Such a weird question, FTL would theoretically be a savior to the human race, but in what scenario would it be necessary to destroy the earth to make it work. Why couldn't you sacrifice Venus, or Neptune, or just fly for a decade or two out of the solar system before turning it on?

  • Problem is that even if you have a newer kai or Hyundai, if you live in an area with a lot of car thefts, they'll still break the window and try.

So you might not lose your car, but you'll still be more susceptible to damage. You'll probably be fine, but it is worth noting.
