  • You should get the same behavior with a single term appointment with no possibility of a second term. There would also have to be limits to what they can do AFTER the appointment too, so they don't use their single term power to set themselves up when they are done. I guess it would have to be a single term appointment with an extended ban on future employment or investments.

  • We know what the great attractor is, pop-sci tiktoks just pretend we don't know to make it seem mysterious.

If you want to know more about what we really know about the universe, make sure to follow the right sources. Universe Today is a great read for the most up to date info on space.

  • It's not GOOD for the planet, but space is a tiny fraction of impact, and a lot of activities like this are better than the alternatives.

Instead of digging hundreds of miles of cables with trucks and shipping and clearing nature, we can send internet through space, that nature doesn't use.

2000 satellites is still less than a week's production of cars at a major factory, or one tanker truck, or just about any industry's waste.

  • That sucks, chiros are a scam. Surgery used to be pushed hard too, when rest and appropriate PT is usually the best option. Unfortunately people ignore the PT far too often and just focus on the rest part, and end up even worse off due to not being able to maintain stabilizer muscle.

Active rest and PT really keeps a body healthy, especially as one gets older.

  • Only if you let it. Treat every injury as a sign to rest and recover, don't overdo it, and don't fight a submission you already lost.

I've been doing it for 17 years and I feel great. Had a few injuries over the years and I always take time off and do active recovery instead while I'm injured.

  • It's already a problem in some areas. It's the scale that we do things at that causes the problem.

CO2 also exists in large quantities by natural process, but when you increase it on a massive scale for a century, it adds up to disaster.

  • Well, of course his motivation is Big Milk, that was never in dispute.

Milk does have excellent nutritional value. A reduction in milk consumption is also a reduction in some vitamin and protein intake. It could be that increasing milk consumption is good for his constituents, and milk consumption is good for the students health. Both things can be true at the same time.

I'd like to see what the data is on flavored milk specifically. Kids need to drink SOMETHING, and I'm curious if the alternative is better in the long run than chocolate milk.
