One thing to check when using a phone meant for a different region is to see if the phone has antennas for the spectrum that's used in your country. Like if the cell service in your area uses frequency band A, B, and C, but the phone only has antennas for bands X, Y, and Z, then that phone won't work in your country. The phone doesn't have to have all the bands that your cell service provider uses, but the more bands match then the better your connection and coverage area will be.

I assume you're referring to adhd meds. You'd have a better chance of a reply if you ask in an asthma forum, and if you specify exactly which meds you're talking about.

Setup another Spotify account, then share your dw playlist with it, and have that account save the songs over there. Just an idea

If you save a song the system thinks you like it, so by continually auto-saving all the songs on your discover weekly you're actually training it to give you recommendations that are further and further away from what you like

I'm in favor of being able to pay to access a library containing 99% of titles in existence, even though i don't "own" permanent access to them. If i had to pay a higher price to "own" each individual title then i would have access to VASTLY less media. But for that monthly payment it must offer access to 99% of titles in existence, and the price must be reasonable for the amount of entertainment value i actually derive from it. Spotify is a perfect example of a 99% complete library at a reasonable price. And yeah as you point out, the service must be available on all devices, like Spotify is.
