  • Yeah I'm not gonna change what bathroom I go to because a bunch of fascist nonpeople called a sham trial about it.

I went to the women's loos, changing rooms etc. since I DIY'd the very hormones and puberty blockers the papers fearmonger about as a minor and will continue to use women's loos etc. now that I've had the 'permanent irreversible surgery' the public hates so much as an adult.

I had it on the NHS of course, and as a work immigrant from outside of Europe and yes - I paid the double taxes that subsidize the welfare of this sinking hateful little island for years, so I absolutely deserve it and it's just me getting some of my money's worth by accessing the appropriate healthcare for my condition, and now my condition is well treated, almost cured, and I'm doing better than ever.

If you're upset by this - cope and seethe. I'm not going anywhere. I'm a citizen now.

I advise all other trans women to do the same.

If my condition makes me a criminal then I'm a criminal. If this is radical to you, then I'm a radical.

Self-ID was/is supported by ex-Tory MP Theresa May btw. It's fairly common sense. So is NHS funding for healthcare. So is hormones and PBs for minors.

Edit: whoever replied to me, I must've blocked you in a previous thread, unsurprisingly. Doubt I'm missing much.

  • One of my fav funniest ones would be his Game Structure or the Game Critics and Remasters mini-videoessays. Japan World Cup is pretty funny too. I also like that joke from the Cyberpunk 2077 vid: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPW6fkcM-14

Out of more recent ones, Starfield was pretty funny, every now and then I'm washing dishes and the repeated animation of that "GENDER AMBIGUITY" guy with the boiling kettle pot sound effect keeps popping into my head and I chuckle.

Really it's hard to decide since his jokes are pretty well spread between his points, but I gotta say he really did stop making good videos for the most part these days.

  • Average height where I am in the UK is 5'9" for men (175cm). I'm not dating in Asia so the global averages aren't really relevant.

Don't feel insecure though, it's just each to their own, and I hope you find someone awesome who loves you and is a good fit! (if you haven't already of course!)

I'm quite lucky because I found a girlfriend who is the same height as me. We're a really good fit together physically and much more importantly we're absolute soulmates, and in the end that's what matters.

And for what it's worth, before I met my gf when I was younger, I still went on a date with a trans bi dude who was like 5'3" or 5'6" or something because I found him super interesting. Didn't work out, and it was actually me getting turned down, so there's that, I didn't discard him as a choice just because of his height nor even the potential physical incompatibilities.

I also once set up a date with a self-proclaimed "incel" Chinese immigrant who was around the 150-160cm mark, but he got paranoid and thought it was a scam because I listed the height req on my profile, and I was really busy and not responding much because I was trying to nail down an internship at the same time 🤣

One time , I went on a date with a cishet dude who said he was 6'0", so I took the occasion to wear my heels, turns out dude lied and just looked like my son the entire time, he also had a bit of a babyface, and it didn't help he was a software engineer, and I was unemployed, but I talked circles around him in terms of computer stuff when I started infodumping about hackintoshing old vaio laptops over dinner.

Never spoke to him after that and neither did he to me lol, awkward all around lmao

  • I mean, 5'7" is quite short.

Not that I would wish it on anyone to be rejected because of their height, but we're all entitled to our sexual preferences, without the burden of justification. And this one seems incredibly reasonable, unless maybe you're in Asia where 5'7" is like top 1 percentile?

I would never date any man or woman below 5'10" because I prefer my partner to be taller than me. I generally consider anything less than 5'8" to be very short, and anyone over 6'0" to be tall.

  • No it actually is that.

Depression is not the same as Feeling depressed/ Feeling down. Depression is like a prolonged MDMA hangover (also caused by neurotransmitter depletion, namely serotonin).

I've never had depression or anything like that but as an ADHDer I feel intense solidarity with folks who have a medical condition caused by chemical imbalance that is not taken seriously because randoms without said condition muddy the waters by using it as a soapbox to talk about some bullshit societal/cultural thing they're mad about at this moment.

  • All of this is far easier to subvert than tracking scripts (and cookies and port scans) which literally as evidenced by the article in the OP are not techniques that companies have "gone away" from at all, at least not by entirely replacing them.

  • Started learning it from video games at about 5-6 years old, had tutor classes paid for by my dad (for the whole class) from 7 years old. Then from 10 years old I had summer camp overseas every year until 13, then sent off to the UK.

Tried to pick up other languages along the way from Japanese to French to Italian to Spanish to Ukrainian to Polish, but none of them really stuck, shit just takes forever and it's hard to keep coming back to it after the novelty has worn off from a few hours of translation exercises and flash cards and such.

  • Most of them have a more or less coherent plot but an unrealistic premise.

Like I'm escaping my home from a tornado or massive storm of some sort, but such things don't happen where I live, etc.

There's also a kind of short "context memory", like a generative LLM, where past a certain point some information is lost, the previous plot will be forgotten and a now it's a completely new genre, sorta like From Dusk Till Dawn.

Often more-or-less magic will intervene in science fiction scenarios and vice versa, like star wars invading star trek or bsg type stuff, or an apocalyptic movie will become a sort of bizarre nature documentary narrated by Steve Irwin and David Attenborough from the afterlife in their respective passionate and dispassionate tones about what became of humanity after the end (kinda wish it was Ron Perlman instead), or F&F style action setpiece where I'm running from falling nukes will become a 10 Cloverfield Lane or The Thing type "social trust" thriller with sketchy characters and an escalating threat.

Often they're "played" by either actual actors, game characters or people I knew in high school.
