Very good point. Are you also aromantic, if that's okay to ask? That is, some people are asexual but still enjoy engaging in romance just without the sexual stuff. Forgive me if I said this wrong

One more option: hair fibres, but this is a temporary solution and your balding will still progress most likely

Also it's possible drugs can fix it without a transplant

If you have a big balding spot that's visible, I say either get a hair transplant or embrace it (it will probably progress until you may want to eventually shave it all off). You can go either way. But you will need to go on drugs as well if you want to keep the effect of the hair transplant (unless you get repeated transplants). Hope this helped
