Ok sure, let me clarify.

Successful presidential candidate Trump has been telling rambling, near-incoherent stories since at least 2015. This type of unfiltered ranting based on reactionary grievances has earned him many followers and many detractors.

Unsuccessful presidential candidate Trump sounded much more like a run of the mill politician back in 2000, before he became a reality tv show star.

He has always told rambling, near-incoherent stories. He has always lied profusely.

What's new is how hes slurring his words, and how lethargic he is. It was especially noticable in his recent performance on the Lex Fridman show podcast.

The early signs of dementia are unavoidable at this point. It might only be a matter of time until Trump has his "We finally beat Medicare" moment.

The goal of Media Bias Fact Check isn't to reveal hidden bias and create better-informed news readers. The goal is to shift the Overton Window to the right.

Would you apply this same logic to the real world? For example, imagine if a manufacturing facility for Lockheed Martin or General Dynamics was bombed and thousands of working class Americans died. These people are building bombs that are being used in an ongoing genocide.

Would you consider this a heinous terrorist act, or a noble strike in the fight for freedom?

If Joe Biden wanted to suddenly find an ethical path, he should start with Gaza.

This proposal is not a sign of newfound morality, it is red meat to his base that are desperate for any signs of life. It's easy to make promises like this when you never have to fulfill them.

The problem is that the gaffes are just the tip of the iceberg.

Many prominent Biden allies are pushing for him to step down. It's not the media or George Clooney- its Congressmen. It's a crisis when many of your closest allies question your ability to do the job.

Democratic candidates are crying as they leave "reassurance" meetings with Biden. They understand better than anyone else that their election chances are dire with Biden as an anchor at the top of the ticket.

It's a crisis when the Republicans are on track to control all 3 branches of government in a few months.

Compare any Biden debate or press conference performance from before 2016 to what he looks like now.

The issue isn't the gaffes, it's the obvious cognitive decline.

But what about the terror group known as IDF? They have unlimited free reign to spread their genocidal message and recruit followers. They also buy ads, and have a budget larger than all the terror groups you mentioned combined.

You're right, but you aren't acknowledging that the current path we are on is an absolute disaster too.

Bidens poll numbers are 12-15% lower than they were 4 years ago when he barely defeated Trump.

To win now, Biden needs to pull off the biggest comeback in US presidential history. And the political fallout from Biden's disastrous debate and interview performances hasn't even settled yet.

With Harris, at least we would have a shot at defeating Trump.
