  • The real question is why do people need 2 jobs? If its just ambition or wtv then ok, but if its out of the need to pay the bills and just get by, why is it happening? Or course its convenient for this mfers to say that. Better have people working multiple jobs to get by and keep their mouth shut then having them rebeling, joinin unions, protesting and so on.

  • Ok I see. Why is Chrome store still having ublock origin there and others? I'd just remove it. But they let it be there for everyone to download.

  • Would be great if they did not get money from google. They could set.up a donations program or something and regularly ask for it like Wikipedia. Donation based browser, peoples Browser.

  • Hope one day Firefox integrates uBlock Origin by default.

  • if the platform decides which and where the ads will run during the video on page load, not during video pIay then I dont see how this could be blocked.

Anither thing they can do is enforce policy and start deleting/banning accounts blocking ads. I have some stuff on google account. Wouldn't be fun to have it deleted.

  • I think it wouldn't be that dificult to figure out what is interesting for people watching the video since channels themselves already usually have a target audience. If I am watching a video from a dude who focus on video games or tech odds are I'd be more interested in tech adds. But if Google REALLY wants to know what we need/want then yeah maybe you're right. Shit it happened so many times me just saying the word pizza would set off a pizza ad later in my phone. These mfers want to inject ads in our souls.

  • What prevents them from going in video adds? Technically difficult? Or what?

  • Dude they'd place adds directly in your medula spine fluid orif somethin if they could.

  • Who gives shit? Let it sink. Let it be forgotten. Stop giving it attention.

  • yeah cause I need that fucking code ready and working, not trying to fuck it

  • My bad it actually uses a combnation of hosting and peer to peer. But still its not fully decentralized as I was suggesting. Peertube instances need to be hosted and videos are uploaded to the instance and kept in the instance storage. So its not dully decentralized. Its actually more centralized than not it seems.

  • No you will still need to host Peertube on your server or VPS etc not even sure why they call it PEERtube because it's clearly not peer to peer. What I'm talking about is a decentralized peer to peer streaming tool like Stremio (uses torrents) but instead of having movies, we could have you know small/average lenght videos like youtube, and also channels and so on.

  • People could build a sort of mix of youtube and torrent tech, like popcorn or stremio but for short copyright free content. I dont know how to do it.
