Most likely this. If not, there is a host of other possibilities they could make the connection. Sone that come to mind:

• You both have instagram and have connected in a way that makes it likely you are in a close relationship (tagged in photos, DMs)
• She allows Instagram to access the contacts on her phone, and OP is saved in there as her S.O.
• They are connected through Whatsapp or some other Meta service.
• The Company targets their ads at category which they both fall into (companies can manage which groups see their ads VERY specifically)
• Coincidence

Floppy drives don't use IDE, they use their own type of connector ( called a floppy connector), I've never seen a Sata to floppy adaptor, but you can connect a usb to floppy adapter to an internal usb header

I can't help you with your problem, just wanted to note that Firefox is not the only non-chrome browser out there. The big one is Safari, which is it's own thing based on the Webkit rendering engine. But there are others aswell. Iirc the standard browser that comes with GNOME is also based on Webkit, and there are a few Firefox forks (like the previously mentioned Waterfox or the Mullvad Browser) out there.

I think parting it is the team is finally realizing that Carlos is the overall better driver, and they shouldn't put all their eggs in one basket. Don't get me wrong, Charles has more raw talent imho but Carlos is more complete and doesn't just crumble under pressure.
