  • Thank you for your recommendation! Unfortunately, it doesn't quite meet my requirements.

  • This doesn't quite meet my requirements for a mood tracking app, but thank you for the recommendation of it as a habit tracker! I will definitely make use of it for tracking habits.

  • I think this one is the most promising so far.

  • MyMood?

This is definitely in the direction of what I am looking for, but it doesn't quite match up to what I want. I would like something that offers a bit more customization and is a bit more empirical. You mentioned that it supports tags, but I wasn't able to find a way to add them. It allows you to add a note for the entry, but that's about it. A noteworthy feature that it has, which I haven't seen before, is the ability to add an overall mood for the day on top of the atomic entries throughout the day — that would probably be a good one to have.

Hmmm. I'm not sure that this would really work as a mood tracker. Mood tracking appears to be a sort of afterthought or minor feature. This app is more for habit tracking than mood tracking. The way that you create entries and handle data isn't quite what I'm looking for.

  • I had a prior diagnosis and both they and I knew it.

Ah, okay. I'm just wondering if the results of the scans were affected by confirmation bias due to them already knowing that you had been diagnosed with ADHD.

  • OP is looking for channels <= 1000 subs. Anton Petrov has, like, 1.3M subs. WriteConcious has 17.6k.

  • Imo, ToS;DR isn't, and shouldn't be, a replacement for a proper legal document. A proper legal document will contain all of the necessary definitions for clarity, and will word things accurately to cover all possible loopholes. ToS;DR simply provides a sort of point-form summary of the main rules and points that a person should be aware of in a very basic and quick-to-digest manner.

  • ToS;DR (Terms of Service; Didn't Read). It gives pages a rating based on their terms of service. It also provides you with a plain-english breakdown of the terms of a site/service.

  • Breakfast: A bowl of fruit, yogurt, and granola

    Lunch: Chicken noodle soup

    Dinner: Nothing

  • I could not be happier with Fedora.

It wasn't trying to asses one's happiness/satisfaction with their OS of choice, it was instead looking at the general life happiness of people, broken down by their OS of choice.

  • I love Celestial Seasonings herbal teas. They have an amazing peppermint tea.

    I love their Sleepytime tea.

  • Thank you for your suggestion 😊. Unfortunately, that app doesn't allow multiple entries per day. I neglected to put that in my list of essentials. I will update it.

  • Did the Amen clinic diagnose you with ADHD from the SPECT scan? If so, were they aware that you had ADHD prior to you being given the results of the scan? And did the scan include a standard DSM-5 ADHD test or was it only the scan?

  • You may be making a joke, I'm not sure, but, in case you're not, this line of thinking is often used by governments to push through legislation whose content would otherwise be objectionable. It's akin to just reading the headline of a news article without reading its content. An example could be something like "The Patriot Act": "Who could possibly vote against patriotism at a time like this?" — look at its content. One could also look at the COVID relief bills and notice just how much content has absolutely nothing to do with COVID relief. The names of legislative bills are manufactured for the very purpose of appealing to one's emotions and to distract from objectionable content.

  • From what I recall, this sort of stuff is usually kept as a closely guarded secret by those who do it. Perhaps someone else more knowledgeable about the practice could give some more insight.

  • Thank you for your recommendation. IIUC, this appears to be similar to what @Wistful@discuss.tchncs.de suggested. Unfortunately, the UI is rather unappealing to me (if I am not mistaken that this is indeed the app that you are referring to).

  • At 16kb/s per connection , I think you have to ask yourself if you’re really helping

That's a rather toxic mentality to have. Any amount of help is always appreciated.
