You're right, but for those who may not know the details or the impact at the time, Google was offering 500x more storage - at the free tier - than some of the competition - hotmail - who were charging people for just 10 MB of storage. This forced hotmail to increase its free tier to 250 MB and 2 GB for customers paying $20 USD/year.
Click "Activities" in the upper right and search for "tweaks", click the "Tweaks" icon. Select "Keyboard & Mouse" and turn "Middle Click Paste" to "off".
I've gone back and my main feed is mostly posts about women asking for their "rating", weird af. don't miss it at all with lemmy and all the alternatives available.
All good points but I'd like to point out that the first one is likely the biggest reason not to use it - it's based on Chromium and continues to give Google/Chrome the browser market share to dictate the direction of the web.
I plan on making it available inside my own network, not public. This way if someone makes it past my security, I at least have something that might "catch" them in the act and disable my network so I can intervene. Just another security layer.
I think its just a current limitation of the app. Hopefully the feature gets added soon, there's a few minor issues that would make the app really great. It works for my home city but can't seem to find where I work, which is unfortunate.
