This is the booklet "If Crisis Or War Comes" which Sweden just distributed to each of its residents. The booklet has been issued 5 times since the end of WW2

  • Out of curiosity, where did you get that it has only been issued 5 times? Wikipedia shows 8 editions (including 2024) but doesn't explicitly state if each edition was published more than once

  • I've had bad anxiety my entire life, but I never felt like I really had social anxiety before the pandemic. Now I have a hard time talking to pretty much anyone unless they talk to me first.
