Yeah, bad news sites is the reason I didn't follow any news for years, I got burnt out verifying just about every article. Most bended the story one way or another, headlines usually not quite what the article read...

I'll go with the algorithms. Google was greater than god, twitter and reddit were endless scrolling. YouTube is being pretty great still, except when shorts wakes up and chooses violence for the day.

Games that drop framerate when game loses focus are fun. Something like Wurm or RS don't need fancier framerate when I'm not even looking!

I have a selection of social anxieties. Many of them revolve around me being let down so many times by people or groups I thought I belonged in. Any time I find some cool group, this feeling creeps up, letting me know "aw shit, here we go again". I'm sure the failures are a self fulfilling prophecy at this point. I suppose the solution would be to ignore all the warning signs and get used to people being genuinely nice (and then walking into the minefield as I ignore the warning signs. And the purgatory restarts).

I'm getting the vibe that they're really saying "This comment is stupid and nobody would like it, henceforth the one like must be the poster's.".

I think this just means that they installed earth on a good angle.

I use bing more and more. It's not fantastic but feels like it's on track to be ome better than google.

Is it just me or are almost none the gifs here playing? Same thing in browser and native app on phone.
