The problem is that Linux nerds, myself included, are too deep in the knowledge to even think of sth. You might not know. And my way to learn the basics of Linux was breaking 3 installations and running random scripts from stack overflow without really knowing what they do.
I don't want this the way for new people to learn Linux. There must be a better way. But I don't know which one. People who think you can't ask questions because your basics are missing should shut the fuck up and go to 4chan or so.
And other shit it's stupid and the self censoring of fuck is annoying. I mean I would love for the Americans to invent new swear words. In German the censoring almost always fail since we have way to many words for insulting or swearing. Some are always free to use.
But the Americans just censor fuck instead of getting creative. Boring as a speech of Trump.
It depends. I recommend windows when people say they don't want to put any time into learning a new os.
Or gaming. While I can game without any issues on Linux i sometimes have to tweak sth. Or have issues that I as a veteran can solve easily. I wouldn't recommend it to newcomers.
