I set up my GranCentral, now Google Voice, account using a VoIP number from a company that went defunct many years ago. My Google accounts use said Google Voice phone number to validate because GrandCentral wasn't owned by Google back then. I assume this use case is so small, there is no point fixing it. So essentially, my accounts fall into a loop where google leads to google, etc.

I've been meaning to switch from Tailscale to Headscale but I have been to busy. Do you have any instructions, write-ups/walk-thrus you could recommend to set this up? I have three sites with 1GB internet I can use. One has a whole house UPS but dynamic IP, another has a static IP but no UPS, and the third is Google fiber with no UPS, but I can use the app to get the current IP anytime. I also own a number of domain names I could use.

If by "out" you mean socialize, then maybe. I socialized heavily in my thirties and stopped almost completely in my forties, so I get the sentiment.

If by out you mean "go outside", then I disagree.

Try watching The Tennis Channel. Matches are sponsored by gambling sites, and they show the current odds on the match so you can go place a bet. It isn't just an infographic. The commentators discuss the odds. too. It's fucking bizarre.

I will forever mourn the movie we could have had. The theatrical cut ended up being a Disney movie compared to the original. Alas, all footage is lost to time.

There are so many movies I could list but for now I'll go with About Time (2013). Everything about it makes it seem like it would be a dumb sappy romcom but it manages to hit hard.
