The only job I've had where I might have been "managing" employees older than myself we never had any issues because of an age gap. In fact, I even trained a guy to operate the same machine I ran who was like 30 years older and we got along great.
The best advice I can give is simply: don't make it a big deal and they probably won't either. I showed them the same amount of respect I would to someone my own age and didn't treat them like they should be "higher up" in the field because of their seniority.
In my situation the older guy I trained was a railroad worker for like 20 years before switching to the machining job; we both understood that I had a couple years ahead of him at this particular facility and he took the opportunity to ask questions learn a lot while we worked together.
AI is trained by analyzing artists' work and then instructed to replicate art in a particular style, therefore, from the beginning of the process it wouldn't be original.
If an AI could create art without being fed galleries of images first and develop its own style that might be considered original.
I lost track of how many times I tried to block advertising accounts on there, but eventually gave up because blocking them just doesn't fucking work. So glad to be done with that rotten platform now
Coincidentally, I know someone who recently applied for a regular teacher's assistant role and when they got to the interview the hiring director didn't even ask questions about that position; instead they interviewed for a special ed job and then only offered that. It was a total bait & switch to try and fill a role nobody was applying for.
I got to stage dive at a packed concert, like 4 times. There were a bunch of other people doing it and it seemed like the band playing was even encouraging people to, so I just had to squeeze my way to the front of the crowd and climb up on stage to try it myself. It was just as much fun as I imagined. The other people there were really cool about it too and helped jumpers get caught/let down safely
"Somewhat lacking" is putting it nicely. I mainly browse lemmy on Jerboa and it doesn't even have a function to search community posts, let alone one that is lacking.
Legitimately almost every genre, as long as I'm the mood. Lately tho I've mostly been listening to The Fall of Troy, Blink-182, Dance Gavin Dance, This Town Needs Guns, and good ole Pro Era artists like Capital Steez and Joey Bada$$.
One perspective I've heard before and I find interesting is (paraphrased) that we, as humans, are the result of a universe yearning to know itself. (I'm sure there's more but that's the jist of it.)
It could be that our consciousness isn't specifically human, it just inhabits the bodies best able to experience and learn about the world we exist in.
