  • Yeah I remember trying it out on a k6-2 400 MHz (maybe? I don't remember if that was it's rated speed of it it was with the bus at 112mhz) and it was days of downloading sources and even more for compiling. I think there was a bootable CD bundled with some zine that allowed you to have something running on your machine

  • dude, i'm just saying that there other places for noon-gaming stuff and those people are invading a site that was born for videogames. but then, i'm not using twitch for quite a while now since the homepage was taken over by IRL streams. I just opened twitch.tv (not logged in) a minute ago and in the homepage there's a dude sleeping (with the name of the stream "i'm only sleeping" wtf??), one deejay, someone cooking and a saxophonist...

that's 4 streams out of 8 in the homepage that have nothing to do with gaming.

  • In my case I cannot access anything that I paid for. Bungie can get fucked with a thorny cactus covered in lemon juice.

What a fall from grace from the Halo days... Really shows that they were looking for more money, not for creative freedom as they framed it when they got bought by Activision.
