Really should step into a library again. Last I went to one is during college 10 or more years ago lol.

Good suggestion on local community radio. I'll have to see if there's one in my country/state.

I wish the bigger international bands i listen to would come to my country often. But then it would cost a lot.

But I get you though. I am friends with a weekend band that also has friends with other more "serious" underground bands. Been going to more and more gigs and helping out and actually discovered more songs and bands like this.

Hey, I'm glad that my Obviously Sprcial Idea of getting another ssd just for linux have legs. I decided this is my plan going forward to learn Linux as daily driver and gaming.

I mostly agree since it's healthy either way, but back when I was half my weight when I studied in a 4 seasons country, coming back to the year round hot and humid home country still makes me immediately sweat the moment I step out of the plane. Constantly felt like I always have a blanket on me. Anecdotal for sure, but I just want to say my piece.

DeX for Windows and Linux is gone as far as I understand. DeX is still available if you connect to a monitor though.

I'm happy to be corrected though. I tried searching it since I recall seeing news of it. and my 5 minutes research did found out its discontinued for Windows and Linux as OneUI 7.

as someone from a similar place, mosquitoes make opening windows at night a health hazard, unless you install netting.

That's something I notice Samsung Health doing. Letting users input calories as is. There's also a calorie goal, but I haven't explore much whether that's a default it gave based on weight and height; it also have further body composition data it would like, so my guess the calorie goal would also take that into account; if not fully customizable with your own goal.

But using Samsung Health means it will be locked down in their ecosystem, and also most likely harvested for whatever they want that data for; most likely more ads for their smart juicer or smart fridge or something.

Good call on using a website. Didn't even think of that. That makes it way more cross platform without things like app availability. Kind of like how I use piefed then lol

I get that this is a social engineering angle, but would something like a yubikey help prevent this?

I was scammed once out of my savings. it was one of those basic ass credit card fraudulent transaction scam. Can't believe I've fallen for it. so I'm pretty suspect of calls now.
