The internet being a "place" you would go to and then leave.

That's almost impossible to do now because everything is so linked to being online.

The article linked at the top literally calls it a "disaster".

Apart from the fact that they don't look alike and sound completely different, yeah, they're basically the same person.

I wouldn't be defending the game if it was actually as broken as is being made out.

It's vastly overblown.

"Couldn't play the game". There's literally a bunch of single player content in the game. It's not online-only.

Imagine just playing and enjoying a game, rather than forming your opinion based on an IGN article.

Do you know if you start up the game now, there's plenty of servers and it, you know, works?

Game has online problems for the first few hours after launch. This has never happened before in the history of video games. 🙄

Wasn't Helldivers 2 almost impossible to play for the first month? Yet there wasn't much anger about that. This has a problem for a few hours and it's the worst thing that has ever happened. 😂

It was literally a few hours later that they added the dedicated servers and people could play online.

That was as it launched. There are now a whole bunch of dedicated servers.

People have got their knickers in a twist over nothing.

I've been playing the campaigns and a bit of multiplayer on Battlefront 1 on PS5 and it's been absolutely fine.

I'm not sure where all these complaints are coming from. Is the PC version a lot worse?

I don't have any delivery notes. Also, on the odd occasions when I do, they don't pay attention to them anyway.

"Leave with the neighbour if I'm not in", then I get a picture of it sitting behind the bin.

Amazon drivers here never even hand you the parcels anymore. They leave it on the doorstep, knock the door and then by the time you've gone to the door to collect it, they're driving off.

I did once have one not even bother knocking the door and automatically leave the parcel in the bin, even though I was at home and he could have just knocked the door and handed it to me. 🤦

Just need passkey support on mobile and we're all set.
