  • I've never celebrated the 4th of July because I've been patriotic, I've done it because it's fun. When I stopped believing in God I didn't stop celebrating Christmas. In the same way Christmas is about gifts and seeing family, the 4th of July is about fireworks and seeing friends.

  • Yes, it is a physical defect but it is common enough that people have been able to work around it with macros.

It's been a while since I tried to look into this or fix it, but a quick search shows what I think was a possible solution. (Might not be, I'm just trying to be explanatory of what I mean by a macro fixing a double click problem.) https://techenclave.com/t/mouse-double-click-issue-solution-by-coding/269878

  • Calculus was the only class I failed in college. It was one of those massive 200 student classes. The teacher had a thick accent and hand writing that was difficult to read. Also, I remember her using phrases like "iff" that at the time I thought was her misspelling something only to later realize it was short hand for "if and only if", so I can't imagine how many other things just blew over my head.

I retook it in a much smaller class and had a much better time.

  • Lol when I first saw iPhone my brain read it as the default signature iPhones put in emails.

    Sent from my iPhone.

  • Does it still allow macros? I have a couple of 502s and my older one has fallen victim to the common problem of rhe switch getting bouncey so one click becomes multiple. Supposedly macros can fix this.

  • 🤖 YES THAT IS AN INTERESTING

Cough cough Sorry, yeah that's interesting!

  • This generation is soft, and by that I mean the conservatives. I recently posted 4 pictures showing my long hair off on TikTok. That's all I did and said, basically "wanted to show my long hair since all my old stuff is short hair." I've gotten probably over a hundred hate comments on it. It's absolutely insane to me. They're actually finding violations when I report everything, if they weren't I would've taken it down. But the sheer amount of people who just cannot handle seeing someone who looks masculine grow their hair out has been crazy. Things like pictures of people throwing up, telling me my "delusion is not reality" (which is weird because it doesn't say I'm trans), showing pictures of people killing themselves. It's CRAZY.

  • lol, it's funny seeing "problem with pictrs" then immediately looking at your broken pfp and realizing I'm reading a post from Ategon. I didn't recognize you without the pic. Thanks for all y'all do for us! 💜

  • I don't understand Naboo accent.

  • I don’t think we’re in “just works” territory yet, but we’re getting closer

Based on the types of things you're talking about, Windows and macOS are also not "just works." I have to do stuff like that periodically for a lot of games regardless of OS.

  • She also didn't know he'd magically find a magical being that would give him to power to permanently strip Ozai of his powers.

  • Plus I thought Avatar Yang Chen's argument was amazing. She told Aang that his duties to protect people as the Avatar outweighed his spiritual need to be a pacifist.

  • Cervix? Posterior Fornix? Damn, girl! How many pussies you got!?

  • lol, that sort it thing crossed my mind when saying it. Because obviously you're not born exactly where you live. I was born in a hospital in Atlanta but my parents lived outside the city. Honestly outside the metropolitan area unless you're being extremely generous with the definition of metropolitan area.

  • Ugh, okay, so, this will require some exposition. We went to a high school production once that was supposedly supposed to be really good. I wanna say there was some partnership with Cirque de Soleil but I tried to verify it now and can't find anything so I may have misunderstood or be remembering incorrectly. Regardless, the theater was packed. The kids were amazing. They were doing the types of acrobatic stunts you'd see at a Cirque show. Sure, they weren't quite as good, they're high schoolers, but it was still just absolutely phenomenal!

Leaving, I started to really look around. The buildings on this campus were so huge. Like twice as tall and wide as any school building I'd ever seen. Nicer looking than my college campus. This was a public highschool. I'd never felt jealous like that before. I'd always known the quality of public education was different in different areas, but this was hardly an hour's drive from where I grew up. I'd seen other nice schools in the area before but this one was truly on another level.

So my answer is I wish I was born in Milton High School's school district I guess.

  • I don't really understand the thought behind the question. In the sense of legality? Obviously. In the sense of someone saying something? Obviously. In the sense that people have free will? No. The people that work at water facilities are typically technically government employees. If all of them suddenly went rogue would you count that as "the government doing it"? Because they wouldn't be acting in line with the government, but they're still "the government."

So, no, but actually yes, but actually no.

It's like saying "what's actually preventing a secret service member from shooting the president?" Nothing? Everything? How do you answer?

  • Sorry, lol, to be clear I don't think the character is real.

  • Is there a chance this is actually doxing someone named Chad's actual SSN?
