Another meme I enjoyed was that the DM made up that the hither thither staff was magic just so they could cross the bridge and then the party proceeds to break a poorly thought out, unintentionally over powered item.
Absolutely not. I fucking loved this movie. It pivots between things a few times and they're all interesting. It's got humor too. It really captures what a d&d campaign feels like.
Hell yeah, when people offer me interest free loans I take it.
One time I misunderstood something as an interest free loans when it wasn't so I paid it off entirely in the first bill. Sadly, I had to pay $0.01 in interest. How will I ever recover?
I believe some people react to bullying in a specific way that excites bullies. It's not like they say "hey, who's got BPD," it's just that people with BPD tend to get the reactions they seek. Don't mistake this as saying the bullies aren't doing wrong or ableist. It's still awful.
It's pretty disgusting to look at someone who died by suicide after facing a harassment campaign and then suggest "maybe it wasn't the harassment, maybe it was the BPD."
I took "more complicated than it seems" to mean they complaints weren't something as simplistic as "she's treating foxes poorly", not as a "both sides have truth" thing.
That's what fucking pisses me off when people say this. I was born in 1991. As a child WE ALL KNEW PARTICIPATION TROPHIES WERE SILLY. Nobody was like "Oh fuck yeah, that's right, I won!" We'd all joke about them being participation trophies. When showing my room I'd say "but these are just participation trophies."
