  • Yesterday, I had half a box of cheez-it duos (sharp cheddar and parmesan) at about 2pm...after getting up about 8am and going for a run at 11am. Didn't eat again until I got home from picking up my wife at the airport at 10:30pm. I ate about 3 servings of tater tots. Didn't eat again until 6pm today. Fucking hell that's not great.
