  • You cannot update to a modern version of unity, or install any unity version anymore technically. I think bc they outline the ability to use the license without updating versions you should be okay.

    IANAL

  • The problem is, most of these Republicans didn't watch or read even a summary of any official proceedings. They are convinced that they're right, and don't need a person in a robe to tell them that God's chosen president was wrong.

  • I'm so sorry you have to go through all this crap. I'm lucky that I live in the Houston area, so tons of doctors and even luckier that I have amazing health insurance. Still had to pay thousands of dollars for a surgery since the insurance didn't want to cover it (it was slightly "experimental", but it also worked). The US system is screwed up, favors the wealthy, and has lots of profit motives that are counter productive for the "consumers".

What I hate is that people defend it. I hear arguments about how if there was a one payer system then doctor choice and quality would go down, or that it would hurt rural hospitals. And it's just all false, but no matter how much you show studies or explain they just keep pivoting. It's not even a majority of people, but since it's a vocal minority that votes more, it still hasn't changed.

  • Like lots of data, it's an average. There are lots of people, similar to you, who are not absolute gas guzzlers I'm the top 10%. The top 10% also includes the 1% and the .1%, which will greatly increase the average for the entire category.

Similarly to how an average doesn't tell the whole story, neither does how you invest. Assumptions have to be made to come up with these articles, such as how much carbon emissions are created through investments, which isn't exactly cut and dry.

TL;DR just because an article says that a group of people are the cause of something, it doesn't mean that everyone in the group is causing it.
