  • I don't know. I don't trust any polling. If the last 8 years have taught us anything, it's that it's a very imprecise science. And the pollsters haven't adapted or learned anything either. All I know is there was a massive blue wave in 2018 as a reaction to Trump. Historic turnout in 2020 to kick his shit show out of office. And in 2022 there was supposed to be a red wave that never materialized and Trump proved to be electoral poison for every candidate he endorsed. Those were the results from the only poll that mattered those years. So while it IS concerning, you have to also look at it along with the actual trend.

  • Over the last 15 years these tech leaders have led the charge to offshoring. Now they're telling us we have to work with people on the other side of the world - unless we're in the same timezone. Then we have to be "together" but separated into cubicles. Their logic makes no sense.

  • It could be a legal technicality like the court saying they find him guilty of insurrection but the plaintiff doesn't have standing or the court doesn't have authority to kick him off the ballot, so they're punting up to a higher court. I wish a legal expert would break it down for us lay people.
