You might've just opened my eyes about an issue I've been having with my ryzen server! I've been using it to host a discord bot, and every now and then it has to be manually restarted (which is a hassle for me since it's over 40 miles away from my house) so I'll definitely be trying this, or the Minecraft server solution lol
Same thing happened to me but with portal 2. I had DSL at the time and it barely hit 10 Mbps on a good day which was great because I thought the disk had the game on it. Despite all of the pain I still love steam to this day lol (and I've gotten better Internet)
I was setting up a Plex server, but when I noticed I had to pay to be able to play my own content on my phone I immediately switched to jellyfin. Haven't been able to test it yet, but as long as I don't need to pay them to be able to watch my own content on my own devices on my own network, I'll be happy!
It was in the update message in the system settings itself.
I've opted out of the 13 beta before without wiping when a similar message said I could, but I believe I opted out before even starting the download.
I know I could've waited, but I figured since I was given the chance I would take it and wait before google introduces any new bugs they won't fix until release
Edit: lol in the article it says to just ignore the downgrade prompt, so I guess we're all good
