  • I fail to see how that question is relevant since this game is a AAAA game /s

  • They don’t want the right to privacy and freedom for adults either though. Sure they might say they do if you ask them but as soon as they’re mildly inconvenienced by a protest or someone mentions children are in danger they’re all in favour of spying and censorship laws

  • Eh, worth it for a couple more days off work ¯(ツ)

  • Doom Eternal. I don’t usually enjoy FPS games and I’m not very good at them but I absolutely loved Doom (2016) as it took out most of the things I hate about FPS games. But in Eternal I just felt like I was constantly out of ammo, and there was too much focus on using specific weapons against specific weak points on enemies which I couldn’t get the hang of

  • Private enough to use as the primary communication method for my multi-million dollar drug empire? No. Private enough to make a dumb joke to a friend and not expect to become a terrorist? It should be but clearly not

  • For me it would depend on the war. If it’s the start of WW3 and they’re going to give me a gun to shoot myself with then sign me the fuck up! Much better than waiting for the nukes to fall

  • It would be good if you could view your significant locations to get an idea of how stolen device protection might work. Apparently I have 103 significant locations but I can only see the most recent 3, none of which are my home despite the fact I’m there right now. I can’t think of 103 places where I wouldn’t want the feature to be active, the only place I wouldn’t want it on is at home and I can’t tell if that’s going to be included anyway!

  • What makes you say that? I only switched to it recently

  • James May: our man in the mushroom kingdom. I would definitely watch that!

  • Until it inevitably goes wrong!

  • It always seems like a lot of effort to avoid pressing a light switch

  • That’s looks lovely! What country is that?

  • I remember seeing this when that date was still in the future, those were the good old days

  • The first time I didn’t lose my taste it just made a few things taste slightly weird, most of it didn’t last too long but orange juice tasted a bit different for a few weeks. I’m pretty sure I had it again over Christmas as I literally had no taste when I woke up on the morning of the 27th, but it slowly came back throughout the day. Again orange juice tasted slightly weird for a few days after but now I think it tastes normal? Or at least more normal than it did last week

  • The pointless arguments it causes over who sees who on what day, does it really matter if you see someone on Boxing Day instead of Christmas Day for example?

  • What about some sort of optical interface? Then we could have all the smart tech in another device and transmit the information wirelessly!

Jokes aside I agree with the disability side of things, however I still think those would be better as standalone implants that don’t need internet connectivity etc
