Really cool. My phone doesn't seem to have this, but something similar and a bit more cumbersome to use.
A button straight in the app, on or near the image, would still be better, because the built in feature I have inverts everything on the screen, making edges and all other dark elements white which defeats the purpose.
Edit:
I can't screenshot the result since it's smart enough to not invert what is screenshotted, but this is objectively worse when inverted
My phone is dimmed to the maximum it can, so dimming more doesn't seem like a good option and might become too dim. Also the darker parts might become too dark to see.
Inverting will have weird effects on some images, sure, but that's why it should be a button used at my discretion.
I just emailed my bank, that was literally all it took. When I log in to my banking website I can do it right there, too. I just emailed them because I was afraid there might be consequences, but they called me up saying they'd already done it for me and I should have no worries
Happened twice, so it's not a one-of, and since I could even do it myself right from the summary of transactions... All direct debit. I don't even have a credit card, so it can't be mistaken.
They might rely on parts that have non open sourced drivers or firmware. Perhaps different parts of the code were authored by different people and they need everyone approval.
CSAM was created in 2011, our country isn't English, it's indeed a poor choice. Could be used as that abbreviation for a longer time in specialised circles, but I've only seen it being broadly used in recent years.
Can we go back to calling it CP? CSAM is my countries' online authentication and authorization platform. Every citizen uses it, it's big. I use it daily and as a developer maintain the implementation in our software. I often have to search for issues and use the term in my search 😭
Using CSAM to describe CP seemingly came outta nowhere, this platform is much older.
Yes, but that's not what i mean, i mean other non steam software. Software developers will follow wherever users will go. And they will bring their mechanisms to protect their proprietary software.
A HIND-D?
