  • Considering she was on the ground, with her hands In front of her... How did the pot end up coming off the stove.. unless she reaches up to grab it when they shot.. yaknow, like you can see her doing in the footage.

So you claim the water went flying because he yelled... She wasn't touching it when he yelled.

Are you claiming it's rational to reach for and grab the pot of boiling water in that situation...because he yelled?

  • Oh. I don't.

Only if they reach for a pot of boiling water after threatening to use it to harm police... and after they lift their weapons and inform them they will fire if the person goes for that weapon. Only in those instances. And similar.

  • As I said straight away, You have to watch it in motion. Slo mo ideally.

A large part of that deduction is based on her behaviour, threatening to throw boiling water on innocent people at work, he verbal threat to cause harm to those people, and then her reaching quickly for the boiling water with her head tilted down like that.. combined with what we can make out of her expression in the footage in motion.

  • And how do you excuse her behaviour?

If a police cam of this behaviour came out.. and they didn't ask for her id.... And she goes on to harm someone.. they would be held partially responsible.

Which is good. Hold police accountable for doing their jobs. Not for 'not doing their jobs.'

Do you know if she had any warrants or known issues with police/mental health?

  • Huh? why would I argue a point that you brought up?

Why try strawman me? to argue with someone else? Goargue with someone else if you want to argue their points.

I watched the video. She brought it entirely upon herself Unfortunately. She literally called 911 and then behaved that way. Probably suicide by cop, but who knows. You can never know that kind of thing.

  • She called 911, didnt she? & there's zero evidence of them forcing themselves in. No reason to doubt she didnt say it was ok to enter..

& her behaviour is visible unhinged outside her door.... for all the cops know, the person they are talkign to may be the reported prowler (with the actual caller locked inside) IT makes sense from me that they just quickly get id.

  • Yeah but her race is irrelevant to her behaviours on the night she died.

If you watch the tape, and want to say that her race is relevant to her behaviours..m that's pretty racist.

And her behaviours are undoubtedly deserving of asking for id, and her threatening behaviour is absolutely worth self defense.

Unless you think a black cop would have taken that water?

Or that a cop of any race would have taken that from a white person.. or a Hispanic person.

  • No legal reason? Someone called 911 asking the police to come over.. then they found the car... With smashed windows.. she denied it was hee car.. then says it is her car.

It makes complete sense to get her id at that point considering if she has harmed somebody else.. (which it very much looks like she was capable of doing based entirely on her behaviour).

Imagine how bad these cops would have been at their job if she harmed someone else int be days after...a Nd they didn't even ask for id to check her after being called out.

  • Did... Somebody claim they were?

I'd the best argument you have .. pretending somebody said something that you CAN argue against?

The question isn't is a gun equally capable of damage as boiling water.. the question was nice and simple.. did you grab pot of boiling water after threatening to do damage with it to innocent people?

Did you do it specifically after law enforcement pulled their weapons and told you that if you do what you claim they will shoot you.....For entirely obvious reasons....

Next you will tell me if it was a white man behaving in the exact same fashion then cop would have taken the water?

  • Jfc... Some big presumptions there.

It seems obvious to me that if you threaten to throw boiling water over a cop, and they pull their gun and state they will fence themselves if you try....

Well, you put yourself entirely into her position.

It's either suicide by cop or she was truly dangerous enough to harm innocent people..... Yaknow... Because of the whole teaching for boiling water with anger on her face in an attempt to throw it on innocent people.
