  • This diagram is only missing that one super speed zone into another dimensions high speed internet that is hidden up in the attic during the season just before Christmas as you dig through your stored belongings and wonder why you have so many dumb yard inflatables.

  • I'll be paying and having no second thoughts about it.

I know you all LOVE to scream "shiver me timbers" at the drop of a hat but for me it's just to much hassle. At the end of a long day at work I don't want to have to figure out if my torrents are properly managed or use potentially questionable websites.

What I want to do is come home, press the microphone button on my shield remote, tell it what I want to watch and let it go. No hassle, no fuss, I don't care about anything so incredibly much that if it suddenly wasn't available then I NEED to have it at any cost. To me that kind of "have to have it right now and at all times forever and ever" mentality is just as bad as the rampant blind consumerism that the majority of humanity seems to embrace. If I want something that bad I'll find a way to purchase it physically.

  • Bad example that you provided. I do not lease or make payments on my car. I may be on the end of the been curve but you save assume every person ever pays what's in the articles headlines.

Using the calculator literally provided in the article you are citing my monthly cost for my car is $120. A lot less than the $1000/month they say as an average.

I'm also saving way more than that per month in rent by living where I do outside of a town or city.

  • considering that sapphire and ruby are different versions of transparent aluminum (really) I would probably cost a ton but be entirely safe to use.

It's also rather dense and stays quite cool to the touch. It would probably be amazing.

  • A typical Amazon store that I've been to is around 12,000—16,000 feet. A refrigerator is approx 20-25 cubic feet of real estate.

Miniaturization of any system is always going to be a massive hurdle.

Amazon uses biometric recognition to determine if a person has picked up something, RFID tags, Weight Sensors, cameras, Laser gates and probably some other things they aren't telling us about.

They also know a specific list of the items in the store and have 3d models for where each item is. nothing unexpected.

For the fridge to work it would need to know every product ever made and have accurate and reliable scans of the existing product. Sure it might be able to find SOME of the same type of item but it will only work once it can find the EXACT item that I want everytime.

Good luck finding my favorite brand of Guachujung that can't be purchased online and is only available from a shady mom and pop grocery in Asia town.

LASTLY... what's a camera going to do with this:

  • Sweet thanks for laying out a simple progression path.

How good have you found ChatGPT to be? My understanding is that sometimes it's great but other times it's way off base. Then you have to figure out what went wrong and you know how the saying goes "You don't know what you don't know."

  • Wow, I had no idea that React Native basically ran most major programs in existence. Looks like it might be time to sit down and take some online courses/YouTube tutorials for this thing if I really want to get serious with this project.

    Thanks!

  • I play Hades, but I cheat.

It's super fun to see what kind of ridiculous combinations of powers and weapons you can create when you aren't worried about money or resources in any way shape or form.

I had a Hermes Build for Max speed that did bonus damage based on speed bonuses, Ares for Blade rift when dodging, and some Athena for some invulnerability.

Sprinting around the levels like the flash and absolutely nuking everybody with blade rifts is just too much fun.

  • Can we get a term like this for AI. I'm so goddam sick and tired of everything being called AI that clearly and obviously isn't.

We developed a system that looks for red and when it sees red it KNoOOoOAwwWWss that it is seeing red and does stuff. It's a super effective, ground breaking, world shaping, paradigm changing AI system. Give us money please.
