  • If I stop playing a video game for even a couple weeks I forget everything in terms of the mechanics, crafting, and inventory etc and lose interest.

  • Obesity rates in Europe are catching up. Especially in Britain. California is leaner than most of Europe. It’s definitely not all skinny in Europe and all fatties in USA. It’s regional.

  • Less than 1% of the world are vegans though. So 99% of people paying that are using it. Quite rare for more things in governance.

We’re all paying for things others benefit from. And yeah, I’m 100% against subsidizing meat. But the reason your food is expensive is because the vegan demographic is considered to be easily over charged for “specialty” overly packaged marketing heavy food products.

Also: people buying organic meatless groceries at Whole Foods-Amazon store won’t save the planet. Ever.

  • Exactly. Most things we can handle from time to time. It’s constant exposure that tends to make most things problematic.

  • Microsoft makes shit practices standard. They duped their user base into paying for p2p online multiplayer. And that became standard. All the people who said they don’t mind paying for literally nothing made it happen for everyone else on each platform.

  • I was told by a lot of people he’d get away with it. It was obvious from the get go they were gonna bury this clown.

  • At least bedding is easily washed. Couch not so much.

  • Dogs just smell. And everything they touch smells. It’s not their paws.

    Couch’s are hard to clean.

They might not know it, but people who let their dogs on the furniture have a smelly house.

  • Incorrect. People have been using it the way you are complaining about for hundreds of years. It’s a new phenomenon that people complain about it being used the way you disapprove of. I’d attribute the recent complaints to lack of literary exposure and anti intellectualism in recent years.

  • People, including many famous authors, have been using literally this way for hundreds of years.

  • Because people are willing to pay it. Because they have the money to. When the economy is “hot” prices go up.

  • Insurrectionist party. There’s no coming back from this.

  • Self driving cars have been such a perfect example of something not living up to what it was touted to be. We are way behind in tech, and way ahead in what we’re being sold/told. Meaningful self driving (fully fleshed out level 4 or 5) reality is 10-20 years away.

  • When the GOP decides to walk away from the freedom caucus, insurrectionists, and 100x felon Trump, they can ask for help. Until then, the GOP is on its own.

  • Let’s not use the term arbitrary arbitrarily. It just makes people stupid.
