  • I keep telling myself that I'm doing ok and everything is fine, but at least once a day I suddenly collapse and start quietly sobbing. It usually happens in the shower, but it can happen anytime I have a brief moment alone. Only lasts for about 1 to 5 minutes and then I'm back up doing whatever it was I was doing, but its happening more and more frequently, and it's getting harder to pretend I'm not overwhelmed by everything.

There is so much chaos and uncertainty. When I look at the state of the world, it feels like giving up and screaming incoherently into the void is somehow the most rational response; and that trying to keep going is the real insanity.

    1. You seem to think I buy those products either, I don't.
    2. There is a world of difference between the past actions of a company over 80 years ago vs the current, ongoing embrace of Nazi symbolism and ideals by a CEO who also happens to be trying to dismantle the country he lives in. You know there's a difference, I know there's a difference, you just don't give a shit. You are a bad person.
  • They constantly accuse others of corruption, pedophilia, and other awful things and are utterly convinced they're right. They're convinced, because the people they surround themselves with are filled with corrupt, awful, pedophiles, so that means EVERYONE must secretly be a corrupt, awful, pedophile. After all, if that WASN'T the case, that would mean they aligned themselves with, or are themselves, inhuman monsters; and no one is the villain of their own story. That's why when they accuse people of such heinous things, they aren't lying, they 100% believe what they're saying. Because if they didn't, that would be admitting to themselves what evil pieces of shit they actually are.

  • Yea! He can't dismantle it! Sure, he can fire all the employees, cut programs, direct department leaders to abandon all initiatives, and discriminate on who gets funding to the point where it becomes a useless, hollowed-out shell; but he can't dismantle it! That means the department of education is "saved"!

That'll show him to flex his authority with no consequences!

  • "I bought this as a gift so I don't know how it works" - 1/5 stars.

"This hanger was too small to fit my winter coats so I would up returning it" - 2/5 star review for a universal TV remote.

"This product became sentient and stabbed me in my kidney while shouting racial slurs" - 5/5 star review

  • My god! You mean they attached a bomb collar around her neck and said if she didn't comply they would detonate it?

Wait, they didn't do anything of the sort? Well, sounds like they didn't force her to do anything and the only thing stopping her from speaking out was her own spineless cowardice.

  • I don't know, to me these kind of posts reek of the head-in-the-sand copium that led to Kamala losing and people here and on reddit being surprised. It's just blind to the reality of the situation and based entirely off of what people hope is happening behind the scenes.

I don't believe Musk is miserable. I don't think he's stressed. I don't think he actually gives a single shit about his losses because, even with them, the man still has more money than God. All his actions online point more to him being an internet troll than someone who's actually effected by any of it.

People love posting "Oooooh Musk's feelings got hurt! He must be really miserable!" Because that's literally all they have. There is literally nothing the common man can do to stop, slow down, or harm Musk in any way. So instead, people just post and hope that someway, somehow, Musk is secretly miserable all the time. Because it would just be so unfair if, on top of getting everything he ever wanted, he was happy too. And some people just can't fathom that they live in a world where that could be true; a world where the villains win, and no hero, or cosmic karma ever shows up to punish them for it.

  • It's crazy that people are trying to make this comparison. They are worlds apart. Notice how the post and most people talking about it aren't discussing what he actually did? Because the situation gets a lot murkier when you learn the details.

"Experimenting on babies" - What?! That's unethical and immoral! Must be junk science with no benefit!

"Made babies at risk of HIV immune to it" - Well... That's good for the babies, but maybe he should have gone through proper channels.
