I think it would have to be B due to the laws of relative motion. It was easier for me to think about when I considered the opposite case. Imagine someone is on a vehicle, for example a boat, with one portal on the boat and the other on the shore. You wouldn't expect someone casually walking through the portal on the boat while it's moving to suddenly experience the momentum of the boat after exiting. This is because the person and the portal are both experiencing the same motion.
Going back to the original scenario, the relative motion of the people entering the portal is as fast as the trolly is moving. If there was no portal, they would experience the same force if the trolly ran into them as they would if they ran into a stationary trolly at the same speed.
You have to do funny things with the conservation of momentum when dealing with hypothetical portals because the portals allow you to abruptly change the frame of reference.
Is going to a movie theater inappropriate for a corporate event? After all, movies range from NC17 to G also. You might say no, you can choose what movie to see and it's simple to pick one that's not graphic and appropriate for work. And I would say, it's the same way with drag shows.
Ah yes, why don't they just use those vague programs you alluded to?
I'm sure you can tell all of us what those programs are and how easy they are to be eligible/apply through. Right? I mean certainly you know what these programs are and wouldn't just be assuming they're in place and functional. After all, a blatant assumption like that would make you an utter jackass if it turned out those programs weren't actually available for everyone or were needlessly restrictive/difficult.
I'm not surprised there are no comments yet. The Putin apologists don't like it when factual numbers are posted. It's hard to ignore or argue against math.
I really don't think you're grasping what's happening here. This is not a new game. No development went into making it available on steam. When you open it in steam, it opens the battle.net launcher. It is literally the same game.
Imagine there's a food truck around your neighborhood that has given people food poisoning and is known for having poor quality. Now imagine they move the truck to an adjacent neighborhood. Does that change anything about it? Are people's complaints about the truck suddenly invalid? Should they just get over it and stop holding a grudge?
