It's a little hard to decipher what you mean. I think I understood that you basically want to have a headless gaming rig so you can stream your games in the rest of your network. The closest you would get is probably Bazzite, and configure it to directly boot into steam big picture mode so you can use steam link on your connecting devices. If you would like a platform agnostic setup you could look into sunshine. That will involve more tinkering tho.
You have to separate pirating and torrenting. I'm pirating stuff non stop each day. I'm torrenting maybe once a month, if that. It's just not the go to thing for a lot of users, so issues around VPNs and torrenting probably aren't that pressing to warrant any kind of reaction.
Same here. My country is a lot more analog, so everything from bills to ads still gets delivered via mail regularly. But I would love to have a digital infrastructure for mail delivery. However the costs to make it secure and private seem too high, every attempt by the state to make progress on that gets shut down due to concerns and therefore lack of adoption. Additionally, with the rise of the right and looming threats to your privacy, like chat control, a lot of people have no trust whatsoever in the government
Are there any danes here, that could chime in? The idea of having an almost entirely digitized society feels so scary to me. Everything having mobile apps, no cash? Feels like a horror story given the implications on privacy. I couldn't even run most of the the so called secure apps on my lineageOS. My bank knowing exactly when I payed how much money for what would be so dystopian to me. Are there other methods available to protect your privacy in Denmark? Or does there truly not anyone give a shit about their digital footprint?
I tried working with tiling and while it felt kinda cool, in the end it didn't solve any problem I have. At most I'm working in 2 different windows 99% of the time and I have a second monitor for that. So it's not that hiding windows is a use case, it's that tiling them isn't one.
I'm interested in the setting and the slower, more organic progression. But I've read so many of putting reviews. Like gear that breaks down after a couple uses. Limited saves because it's linked to some ressource. It all sounds more tedious than fun and immersive. And as an adult with responsabilities I just don't have the time for tedium anymore. I get enough of that at work. I'd love for someone to contradict me tho!
If you're left leaning and want to send a message, do it with your wallet. Switch to tutanota for mails, search with duckduckgo, use f-droid as an app store... No one needs google, it's just somewhat inconvenient to get used to alternatives

You can use the FiltaQuilla extension to add content-type as search category. It's a pretty powerful yet straight forward extension
