I am not sure exactly what you are asking for, but it got me playing around so thank you for the inspiration! I like these types of post and seeing what people come up with.
Rather than make humans with animal features (animals with human features?) I went a slightly different route.
You should keep the engagement in the community by making some weekly community prompts/challenges you can pin to the top, where there is a word/theme that people can try to create an image and submit within a thread. Whoever gets the most votes on there submission can then pick the theme for the next week, or something like that.
