    City | Transit Buses have average lengths of 39'2” (11.95 m), widths of 8'4” (2.55 m), heights of 9'10” (2.99 m)

    source

Most popular “car” in US—Ford F-150

    Overall length, 19.3’ ; Cab height, 6.45’ ; Width - Excluding mirrors, 6.66’

Lane widths in US vary, but should be between 9’ and 12’ (inclusive range for both local streets and highways)

Conclusion: Busses are wider than cars, both can fit within driving lanes

  • Kinda depends on how you are measuring it.

It sounds like you are just going by elected presidents, but quite a few were multiple-term presidents, and those presidents had multiple elections with different opponents.

And sometimes, a losing opponent would go on to win a later election.

Also, no one ran against George Washington, twice.

Out of 59 elections (if you include Washington), I think there have been 49 white guys and one white lady who have lost a US Presidential election at least once (and may or may not have gone on to be President in a later election).

I am exactly as fun at parties as you would imagine.

  • If I was trying to to get somewhere, and had the choice of a broken train or no train, from a safety perspective I’d probably choose “no train”.

But if the reality was that choosing “no train” better enabled a “crazy train” to show up and take me to “crazy town”, I’d probably just roll my dice on the broken train to Dullsville.

What I really want is a high speed train to Happytown, but nobody is selling tickets for that…

  • There’s a train station parking lot where I live which has solar canopies over the car spots.

In the winter, snow and ice accumulates and does fall off. A few years ago a saw a big section of ice/slush slough off and almost hit a kid waiting for their parent to pick them up.

I’m not sure how bad it really is overall, but the photo in this post doesn’t look much like an area which gets snowfall.

  • A few come to mind…

"Ohana means family, you piece of shit." — "Lilo & Stitch", 2002.

"If you can't say something nice, don't say nothing at all, you piece of shit." — "Bambi", 1942

"Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious, you piece of shit!” — “Mary Poppins”, 1964

  • This isn’t a big deal.

If you’re developing in Xcode, you did not buy an 8GB Mac in the last 10-years.

If you are just using your Mac for Facebook and email, I don’t think you know what RAM is.

If you know what RAM is, and you bought an 8GB Mac in the last 10-years, then you are likely self-aware of your limited demands and/or made an informed compromise.

  • Does your amp support CEC? If so, you could make sure it is turned on for both ATV and the amp and just use the “HDMI” setting in the ATV settings.

Also, just to confirm—in the ATV’s remote>volume control settings, do you have it set to control the receiver via IR?
