Everything he does can be grounds for impeachment, but if the republicans control all branches of government even if impeached (he was impeached 3 times last time) they will never remove him from office.

I'll answer with an honest answer back to you. How would they help if they are drafted and sent to the front lines of some war? If they don't follow orders they are court marshaled and sent to prison. Should I as a parent allow that to happen to my children? I'm sorry for the poor and unfortunate, and if there was anything else I could do for others I would, but my priorities will always be my family first, and the rest of society second.

Look up what they used to do to German soldiers who refused to follow orders during WW2 because they didn't agree with their orders, same was done to conscripted (other type of draft) Russian soldiers.
