  • This is why they feel they've already won. They can say shit it court like the president has the authority to kill political opponents. It's a hail mary for them, but it doesn't matter at this point. The highest court in the US is now listening and thinking about that question.

  • I think one argument against would be that there is a movement to change how the presidential election is decided. Your right, the electoral College doesn't care who you vote for in an uncontested state. But if we can keep showing that it doesn't represent the popular vote, then maybe something will change.

    My conclusion is that the question is moot. You most likely won't be asked to give up your entire social media activity. But you can be asked about the content if it's relevant to the case.

    Perjury is serious beyond the penalties, and i solemnly swear that i had no intentions of doing so.
