  • The problem with the prosecution is there is no law being broken. If the person had been in ice custody it would be one thing but as a free person there for something unrelated and not delivered by ice the judge is completely free to allow access to the private area of the court that the judge has authority over.

  • I hate when they only list the part with what he is arguing. The whole thing is:

    "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws."

    Notice the use of person over citizen at the end and further jurisdiction means "The authority that an official organization has to make legal decisions about somebody or something." So his argument is that the us cannot enforce anything on some people which sorta makes them super citizens. Heck better than diplomatic immunity. I mean you all have seen the trope of the criminal crossing a border and the law enforcement saying. I would like to stop him but its not my jurisdiction. He is arguing super immunity for folks.

    Lastly man googles gemini. Besides the gulf of you country here idiocy I got this from it initially:

    When challenged it gave the information but its obvious to me that google is bending over backwards to suck the administrations cock. Of course they want their cake and to eat it to so it caves when challenged.

  • I listen to the radio defaulting to npr and if nothing interesting is on I jump through the major song stations and if all else fails I have some tull. Once in awhile if I want to know traffic or weather I will switch to the news station.

  • america and netherlands from the article but it does not define middle age to older. The paper it links to studies folks over 50 and does not seem to break down age groups. Not sure if over 50 is older and below is middle age or what but it would seem it would have to compare it to something else for people under 50. Is 50 middle age now? I swear way back there was a one day at a time episode that suggested at the time 35 would be middle age but I feel 40's would be it now.

  • have already gone for it since I have been here and will continue to. I like the feedback I got on cholesterol medication. thats a good example because I don't need technical info. I have a doctor and pharmacist. I just wanted to see what folks experiences were. I only got one or two real useful ones but hey man that is as good as your going to get from local friends and relatives.

  • ee that is the thing with discovery. they went into the past and added new technology which then made the ackward part of everyone being classified and would never speak about it again. That would not really have been necessary if it had been placed after the other series. The only problematic point might have been holograms which seemed to be the only tech they did not have compared to the latest shows really.
