yeah its the same with patent. I often think both should only be given to individuals and entities should not be able to have them.

I don't think its possible. Im married. She would eventually notice. Shes sharp like that.

I suck at languages so im not sure asking me is good for you. Im also not a super hands on person so I guess I would go accounting but mmm. Seems a bit to boring. In the us you can have minor or minors to go with your major and I have sometimes thought if I was to do it over I should have been a math major an then grabbed like an accounting or finance minor and a cs minor.

its not an official spelt out thing but more a right that arises from the peer jury system.

I actually do feel it was intended and is part of why the founding fathers felt a jury of the peers was important. I think they intended it as the ultimate check on the system in that if despite everything some crazy laws are passed they could be kept from being enforced.

Thing is that copywrite did serve a purpose and was for like 20 years before disney got it extended to the nth degree. The idea was the authors had a chance to make money but were expected to be prolific enough to have more writings by the time 20 years was over. I would like to see with patents that once you get one you have a limited time to go to market. Maybe 10 years and if you product is ever not available for purchase (at a cost equivalent to the average cost accounted for inflation or something) you lose the patent so others can produce it. So like stop making an attachment for a product and now anyone can.

I still see this as unfair. The legitimate press majority does a somewhat decent job but increasingly bad as not enough depth is put in. The bad is unlimited because it is bullshit. "Newspapers" show up at my door with legitimate sounding names and that takes a whole lot more effort than throwing a website up. These things are not really the press but they technically make up the majority. These fake press entities could care less about the first amendment but the legitimate press does.

thats what I meant though. Once they can reliably control the military and the police they will be going after the second amendment like nobodies business.
