In Finland gambling/slot machines/betting is monopoly from state and it is not allowed to be advertised. It is age controlled and all the money from the gambling go to charity/tax, and gambling addiction control.
I do like that system, even if it sometimes feels bit controlling people from theirself.
They mean like anchor or similar that you drag behind. Problem I see that the county flag on the ship is bit misleading. It is probably still Russians behind this, but using Chinese ship for it.
Note that pretty much every other country than US in this list, the USD amount is how much the country pays per person in healthcare. Universal healthcare, baby.
So in Finland my healthcare has cost me roughly $10/year.
There is probably a reason for this, the carriers start blocking these, so they have to break the words so they bypass those blocks.
We had these in Finland two years ago, it originates probably from Russia, so we are their sandbox for these kind of cyber shit. Our carriers found out some way to block them and they are not anymore happening. One day our cyber security center just informed that they have co-operated with carriers to block them permanently. I believe the technique is not made public.
Edit: did some digging, so it was keyword based blocking in the network + Europol raided the servers which commanded the malware
There are a lot of different kind of zoos, but yes general rule is that if the zoo is good for human visitors it is not good for the animals.
Let me elaborate.
There are zoos which are more designed for the animals, i.e. Korkeasaari in Finland, but the problem is that it is not so visitor friendly. For example you rarely see the big cats, because the cats have large habitat, and lots of places to hide. This is good for the animals, but it makes lots of crying children because they didn't see the tiger.
The most interesting zoos for the humans put the animals close to humans and in small cages. Some even let you interact with the animal. This makes the animals live very stresful life.
IMO it is very narrow minded to say all zoos are bad, but in general all the "good" ones are bad
Edit: you can go read tripadvisor reviews to see how it is that many leave 5-star saying that animals look happy and 1-star reviews saying that didn't see any animals.
He lost so much money, and he is badly in debt. His wealth is still on bloated Tesla stock, which he cannot sell without destroying the company value. Business genius.
World isn't so black and white. Like I said they go hand-in-hand, both should be invested in. And all money should be taken away from fossil.
I live in a country that will this year over produce green energy, which is awesome, because cheap green energy will enable many great things. But the challenge is that our energy price goes between 0 and a lot, because there just isn't any tech to store it. Also green doesn't produce heat, which in here Nordics causes that we need to create it somehow. Nuclear and CHP produce it as side effect.
Nuclear and green energy go hand-in-hand. For a stable and most CO2 efficient power network, nuclear provides the stable base energy, and green provide the changing load on top of it. If grid is only made of green energy, you will always have to have reserve of coal/oil/gas which is started when green production is not enough. You cannot resolve this by increasing the green capacity, because all of them have same dependencies.
Coal is the stupidest one, but gas/oil are not really that much better.
Yeah, you are probably right, this pushes the news away from Ukraine, and of course Hamas is more than happy to help. Not defending Israel either, the whole region is a mess, but Russia meddling is really not helpful.
