Mulvad is cool cause it uses most if not all protection that tor uses but for the regular web. It was made in partnership with tor after all

I decided on LibreWolf for work, Mullvad for sensitive search such as places near me, Firefox for random stuff and Tor for piracy sites. I'm currently looking to replace Firefox as well

From what I've seen it doesn't matter. Just put the new card in and format it. Then insert both cards into the steamdeck or PC and copy steamapps folder and a file called libraryfolder.vdf to the new card then you're done. Also you can just switch them however you want but make sure to close games if opened.

If you need to install a new drive you can use clonezila but I recommend a fresh install.

For Plex or jelifin. Either way you can install ready made distro like Truenas, unraided, Hexos(it has an easier interface for Truenas but got no idea how usable it is) or use a Linux distro like Debian and install docker then jelifin/plex. There are a lot of guides if you just search.

I don't think so. You need power buttons to select aply from adb and sideload lineage os. Try to boot into fastboot using adb and use a keyboard for up and down. If it works then you can install LOS if it doesn't then you can't
