Instability on OnePlus 8 pro with lineageOS?

  • Ah there's a mistake on my side. Yes Lineage OS hasn't released android 14. But I dont know if One Plus did. If you flashed vendor android 14 it might be incompatible with Lineage OS 20 which is based on 13

  • For the camera give open camera a try. Also try disabling animayion in developer options, you install cpu-z and see if the procesor clocks well. Apart from this I dunno, did you installed it correctly? I dont think Lineage 20 runs on android 14

  • The drawing is fine but the circuit area is garbage. Random errors in arduino, slow emulation, bugs that delete everything you've worked on, I'd just rather use sticks and bash them to one another till thsy light up. Also Freecad is good but takes a bit to get used to it.

  • What I meant is that Android upgrades are slow 13->14 for example. Patches and fixes roll out every week, for my phone at least

  • I do want to not use my Sim for internet but I dont know what to use. I know there are small devices you can pop Sim into but couldn't find any decent. I think it would also stop drawing your battery, does anyone got any tips for a good manufacturer?

  • Managed to get grub theme work so the grub is set up right. I guess I should stop being a help vampire. Anyway thanks for the help

  • What I meant is that during boot efi partition gets mounted before root so it wouldn't be able to get config files from root partition. But that's not the problem, I tried regenerating grub. Most likely it's something wrong with the theme I applied. It keeps saying that it dosent found grub and that it should be mounted either in /efi or /boot but it is mounted. I'll try with grub-customizer.
