There are entire floors and even entire buildings sitting vacant in Vancouver because of certain foreign "investment." They were having real estate conventions where property was being sold in a certain country sight unseen and is now just sitting there doing nothing and rotting. These "investments" were/ are merely vehicles for money laundering to get it out of a certain country. This has been basically known about for years and has been going on for years. A person making a decent wage used to be able to afford a home in Vancouver. Now, everyone is priced out of the market. The Olympics were the worst thing that probably has ever happened to Vancouver and derailed the city. Olympics were basically free advertising for foreign investment that opened the eyes of a certain country to decide to buy up anything and everything because of the lax controls in place and the politicians being cool with the grift.

Twitter needs to be removed from app stores. Stop using Twitter on the website. Certain things should just fail. This is one of those things.

The first game in ages where it actually feels like the company/ developers actually put in effort and released a complete product. It's not that hard to understood why consumers are flocking to it. People are just fed up with the garbage EA and ubisoft have been putting out. Honestly, I'd be fine with ubisoft dissolving and going out of business.

Watching Twitter crash and burn under musk has been so much fun. It being a haven for all the worst dregs of humanity and an advertiser's worst nightmare is just the cherry on top. Old Twitter before mush for brains musk was still salvageable. He's somehow done everything to make it worse.

X is modern New Coke. At this point, I'm not even sure which of the worst CEOs I'd compare musk to. He's like all of their worst traits rolled into one. I have no doubt there's some weird financial accounting going on at Tesla, just that they haven't been found out just yet. His involvement into the crypto sphere and with doge should have thrown up regulatory alarm bells already.
