  • I used Manjaro for about 3 years

Its great but packages tend to break over time with it being a "stable" arch build

Over that 3 year period updates managed to break my install at least 30 times

Switched to Endeavour over a year ago and haven't had an update break my install yet

  • I have seen something similar to this while printing tpu but never with pla

I have heard of silk pla filament jamming but this looks like more of a retraction problem to me

If it's a jam check to make sure that your nozzle is clear of any debris

    If it's retraction

Either too many retractions happening too quickly breaking the fillament at your extruder

    Or

    Retraction distance is too far

  • It's always really interesting seeing how people can have completely different experiences with kde and gnome!

I have had nothing but a great experience with kde for years but every time I've tried gnome it's always been a buggy experience!

  • The big reason corporations are using robots instead of human labor is because people either don't want to work or can't hold a position.

The turnover rate is actually insane in these positions; enough so that they would rather spend more paying a technician to set up an automated cell with robots, PLC's, pneumatic slides, ect.

It's sad af but don't blame the robots or the technicians, this is not their fault.
