  • I am definitely also on team firm/crispy. When it's just some soggy cubes I'm not very happy about it.

    Also a big part for making it really great is that often on the day before I already slice it into cubes and then pre-marinate them and leave them over night. Helps to tune the flavor of the tofu more to what you want to make with it.

  • I also used to not really like tofu until I discovered that I just never had made it the right way

  • I like that it's this way, it's nearly perfect height for my phone as a wallpaper image :)

    Just have to cut it like 2% and it's exactly screen size.

  • Yeah, same. Sometimes when it's stuck again you just need some help getting it out you want to have the right utensils ready to grab.

  • Mine usually don't go for the keyboard, because the laptop is just too comfortable. But when I want to work on just the laptop guess what happens all the time

  • Working fully-remote here too and I have two cats which especially love to cuddle with me (and the warm laptop) during work and breaks :)
