Isn't super Tuesday when it usually becomes pretty clear in March, but the convention is where it's known. So best case scenario a few months ago. Worst case the convention. 12 months is absurd and not possible, unless, your party has decided who will win the primaries before anyone even votes.... and they totally don't do that... ever...

People that are loud about it now are loud because they have been screaming about it for the last 5 years and suddenly the DNC is all surprised like they didn't already know. We know we're fucked. But they fucked it. A sentient human will talk a lot of people that are disgusted with the two options to maybe show up and vote. A lot of people just want to watch it burn.

We can't change candidates because no one has voted on shit. It would split the party (which I am ok with other than the Trump/end of democracy problem). The DNC did this.

There are a lot of people that don't realize they are sexist, or racist. They are surrounded by people that all also don't realize they are racist, or sexist but they will start finding all the flaws in them. They won't say "I don't trust a woman as president " but they will coincidently find other flaws in the person because they are involuntarily being more critical of them.

The point is, there are racist and sexists voting for Biden that wouldn't vote for Kamala. They just don't realize they are sexist.

I live in rural Arizona. I am essentially an expert on these types of people.

We need to stop calling them moderates and start calling them conservatives.

These fuckers were singing a different tone 4 years ago, that's why we're in this mess.

Mainly they make diesel engines. Dodge pickups that have a diesel, have a Cummins engine. They may use third party parts to make a generator with their name on it, but the engine is a Cummins. I would guess thar the op picture is some other brand of generator that advertises that the generator is powered by a Cummins engine. Cummins has a reputation of being one of the more dependable diesel engines.

I know it's been said as a joke a million times. But it feels like the current POTUS using his immunity for official duties to unilaterally correct this SCOTUS problem that is a flaw overlooked by the founding fathers would be a legitimate, official act that is done with the interest of the country and not for personal gain.

Straight up killing the ones taking bribes and inserting left leaning judges would cause a civil war, and I'm not sure how you can use this immunity situation to correct this problem through policy. Either by creating some sort if oversight, term limits, maybe, since Supreme Court judges are so important they should be elected by the people, not congress, idk. But If immunity to crimes is the hot topic right now, water board them all.

If Biden ordered their assassination he would have my vote and donations to his campaign.

He shouldn't kill him, that's too devisive. Maybe strap him to the top of a rocket and send him to low earth orbit? And leave him there?

Who the hell would it be? The DNC isn't going to convene next month and appoint an all new candidate that no one has even pretended to vote on. At least with Kamala they have that justified. She was on the winning ticket and she is the current vice. I hate Kamala and she has a lot of bad traits for running against Trump, mostly the fact that she's a woman would be enough to reinvigorate the Republican party. I would much rather see an AOC or Warren for my personal tastes. I hate the current conservative democratic party. But no one out of left field would be realistic in this situation. It would splinter the party at a bad time. Everything is so fucked all we can hope for is a sentient human to run for office.

It is realistically Biden or Harris. And even more realistically it is Biden. No way this changes now. Everything else is just a pipe dream.

Got to wait another cycle or so until all the old fucks die off.

And the consequences of forcing forward an inept candidate for your own personal gain causes the entire country to have an authoritarian criminal in the Whitehouse. Luckily you have a bunch of mindless knuckleheads on the internet who blame the people that do not accept the dystopia you put forth instead of blaming the selfish corpo twats that would rather have a Trump presidency than run anyone even slightly left of center. The bar was so low all they had to do is have someone that could speak a complete sentence and they couldn't even do that. They had to get as close to that bar as possible. Fuck the DNC and every sycophant that voted for him in the primaries. This is their fault that we are in this situation, not mine.

I will vote against Trump in November, but fuck this system. I am ready to watch it burn, which is where most of Trumps votes come from, people who are ready to watch it burn.

The mental gymnastics it takes to say they are "insuring it", instead of blaming the DNC and the centrists that shoehorned in an obviously senile old man and refused to primary him when he was 4 years older. Actions have consequences.

Because Trump lies. It's old news. There was no way that debate was going to play well for Biden. He had nothing to gain. People voting for Trump are voting for Trump, people not voting for Trump are either Voting for Biden or staying home. Biden has to convince people not to stay home, not convince people not to vote for Trump.

The people that vote for Trump are people so sick of the current state of politics they want to burn it all down. Very few actually think he's a great president. He's a troll vote. Biden's performance made more people want to watch the world burn.

I feel like "official acts" would be something like, say, if say a former president died while the US military was attempting to secure confidential documents being stored at a golf resort, the sitting president wouldn't be charged with murder, however, if you were to say, incite a riot and Order an elected official to defy election results to push the election that you clearly lost in your direction, you would not be protected. Since you are working in your own interests, not the interests of the country.

I feel like it is actually not his duty to be the judge of his own election and without any evidence attempt to subvert the election. And maybe, for him to not be in trouble for the actions he took, he should present a shred of evidence to support his actions. Because either he is right and there is evidence, he is evil and is desperately trying to do everything the founding fathers tried to prevent, or he is mentally ill. I feel like it's a combo of the last two and the country needs protection against that.

That seems like official business to me.
