Pretty simple, just treat it like spellcaster multiclassing. Wizard/sorcerer/cleric/ 1/1/1 translates to a level 3 spellcaster for the sake of spell slots. Rogue 3/3 translates to class features level 6 and archetype feature level 3/3
I personally don’t understand attraction to this body type or the ultrabuff man equivalent. It just looks fundamentally monstrous, like Margaret Keane paintings attempting to be sensual. Seeing ten kilo tits on a two kilo torso makes me retch.
I always loved using (homebrew) multiclassed heroes of legend in my games, but my favorite was a level 20 druid/level 15 barbarian.

It needs the pause for processing. In a story, yours is preferable. In extreme short form online storytelling, it needs to completely set the stage for the majority of the literary diaspora in those communities to be able to digest it.
