Is there any game where you learn the instructions as you play, but it does not make a huge difference if you already know them beforehand?
I played one once where the rules were just the cards in play, so rules were unknown and changed as you went, it was fun, with some strange twists, but I can't remember the name.
There is a big difference: the evil West actually created the conditions for and encouraged China's explosive development in the last 30 years with the expectation that with development and mutual dependence, they would become less autocratic. Instead, we got another Mao :/
As a response, This is the US going back to its neutral economic stance towards China: be suspicious and protectionist, same as China is towards other countries.
There are lots of other examples of this like China calling itself a developing country for certain purposes and benefitting from subsidised rates in shipping (subsidized by the evil West).
The best solution would be to apply existing hate speech laws to public gatherings dedicated to publicly "hating" people of a religion or some other minority e.g. LGBT or something else.
Pls, no more, the moron is using this as a publicity stunt :/
he and the RP already turned two branches of government into a circus, now he's trying to turn the judiciary branch into another reality show for lovers and haters to obsess about.
Yea, colonialism is yet another compensation for yet another historic crime (invasion, to start with) But, I think all this is going to be peanuts compared to compensation for global warming, this one is going to break every bank and nobody can agree on anything...it's like these debates times 1000.
Yes, a lucrative market for a hideous crime was created, and the guys who hunted other groups in order to get paid in that market wronged the enslaved too. (I'm not sure it was all like this all over Africa too, but e.g. in the Congo, it seemed to be the case)
PS: and about the 10000£ bounty analogy: if there is proof that some dude killed because of an illegal bounty, they certainly are not going to be compensated for being "tricked" into killing, wtf?
If entity A is the UK and entity B is those hunted and sold to slavery by entity C, why does A have to pay C for stealing labour from B? Compensate B for stolen work and damages.
The UKs position today is arguably due more to leading the Industrial Revolution and that was the main factor in the decay of slavery, so you need to balance historic grievances with development i.e. "what have the Romans ever done for us?"
Do they have this saying in France: "Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater" ? These days, everyone seems so intent on breaking what we have that at the end I'm not sure what we're going to have left.

How much is "a bit" ? I've got the hiragana, the katakana, a few Kanji and all the korewa, sonowa etc grammar rules. Will it be enough to visit Tokyo? No. But the way it works is sometimes a stupid attempt at speaking will trigger the "poor stupid helpless tourist" reaction that gets you help, which you won't get if you don't make yourself "vulnerable" as people say today, but do the opposite: implicitly demand that others make themselves vulnerable to you.
Yep, this is the one, thanks! :D
