  • I don't even have to read everything you wrote past the question.

    no. no it does not.

it doesn't work for many reasons. most of all it doesn't work when you need to improve or extend the code. handing it over to a new developer also doesn't work.

If I ever see another developer vibe code IRL I will relentlessly mock them until HR is forced to get involved.

  • got a RP5 and I can use rocknix on it.

tbh it's really not worth all the hype unless you want to take the 100-300 hours to set it up properly and ensure all the boxart is there.

there are some people who can do it and it looks great, but I personally don't have the time to mess with it when all I want to do is play some games.

the problems I've had with it might be related only to the RP5 but here they are:

    1. WiFi cuts out and refuses to reconnect
    2. WiFi won't reconnect after full reboots
    3. some games have locked the entire system up
    4. 1% of the box art is available for my Roms so the UI is less than dazzling
    5. can no longer download boxart from games db for some reason

there's some others that are minor gripes but those are the major ones that cause me to not use it anymore.

  • I remember that happening. If memory serves, a father lost his whole family because he went out to grab something from the store for a birthday. when he came back everyone was crushed.

an investigation took place on all the buildings that the property management company owned and it was found half of their properties were in disrepair. one even had a rooftop pool that was leaking down in the parking garage basement. the cracks so big your finger could fit.

  • yes. because our country was built on laws.

personal opinion has no room in the jurisprudence of the law. if laws were broken then then a guilty party must be held culpable.

in a perfect world Bryan Thompson would have been charged and tried for his crimes. unfortunately someone took the law into their own hands because they (rightfully) felt the law was inadequately responding to blatant corruption.

Bryan would be alive today had the laws been enforced as designed.
