That's 2 days of the longest work commute I've ever had. If the owner drives their daily then comes home and plugs it in I doubt it will ever be a problem. I wouldn't be surprised. After seeing that video interviewing a guy that goes around his town and fixes plate obfuscations, many being on cop cars, I noticed that in my city too. Stuff like muck on just the plates or the colour of the lettering buffed off.
