  • I've been a bit limited because my instance hasn't allowed for image upload for a few days.

    • What can you do on Linux that you can't do on Windows?

  • With Linux you can save money by going 1 tier lower on the CPU (AKA buy a Ryzen 3 instead of a Ryzen 5, and so on) than you would go on Windows, at the same performance.

    And of course, you can invest that money on other components or other stuff in general. 💵

    I've too been banned from 2 communities without any justification. (I even made a post about it.)

    We need to speak up as members of this wonderful community, we need to build a network that works on trust and reason.

    Otherwise, Lemmy (and the Fediverse at large) will be no better than the big tech platforms we fight so hard to get away from.

    If the building isn't solid enough already to isolate noise and prevent shaking, then there's little that you can do.

    Now that i think about it, i believe the only reason chickens haven't gone extint is beacause we farm them in order to eat them 🍗
